European age group classifications differ to English regulations, so please speak with your tour consultant so we can determine your correct age group.

What to Expect
Day 1:
Morning: Fly from your chosen airport to Barcelona.
Afternoon: Transfer from Barcelona Airport to Futbol Salou for team registration. The coach will then take you to your hotel for check-in. Enjoy the rest of the day!
Evening: Evening meal at hotel and free time.
Day 2:
Morning: Breakfast at your hotel before travelling to Futbol Salou for a busy day of matches!
Afternoon: Lunch at the tournament, with continuation of matches.
Evening: Free time and evening meal at the hotel.
Day 3:
Morning: Breakfast before travelling back to Futbol Salou for more group games.
Afternoon: Head into Barcelona for a tour of FC Barcelona’s stadium, Camp Nou.
Evening: Free time and evening meal at the hotel.
Day 4:
Morning: Breakfast before travelling back to Futbol Salou for the continuation of group matches.
Afternoon: Lunch, followed by finals for all teams and presentation.
Evening: Free time and evening meal at the hotel.
Day 5:
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel before check-out at 10AM. Why not stop by at Camp Nou for a stadium tour before transferring to the airport?
Afternoon: Fly back to the UK.
*Please note that the itinerary is subject to modifications, particularly your fixture times. You are likely to have free time either in the morning before your matches, or the afternoon after your matches.

Accommodation
You will be allocated to a 3-star hotel based on your room requirements. All hotels have a heated swimming pool, lounge area, bar and restaurant and are within walking distance to the beach. Examples of which can be seen below.

For your financial security, you must have insurance when travelling with us, whether it be your own or the insurance we provide through Aviva. We highly recommend our insurance because it’s tailored specifically for sports groups and offers cover for Covid related cancellation and curtailment.
Things to do in Salou
Salou has many restaurants and bars with beautiful beaches to enjoy. There is also the PortAventura theme park in the town.
You can also visit Barcelona on your arrival or departure day and visit the famous Camp Nou stadium.

What time of year can we go on tour?
April and May are the best times of the year due to the availability for fixtures, although we can arrange tours from late August to early June.
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange tours from Mid-June to mid-August as we cannot guarantee fixtures for you.

What is the deposit schedule?
The deposit schedule will depend on your specific tour arrangements, but usually involves a per person deposit, followed by your final balance. For flight tours, we will also ask for the cost of the flights at the time of booking. Please discuss with your tour consultant.
